Teatro della Natura

Museographic initiative that, inspired by cultural references of the Renaissance and from a methodology of creative expeditions, proposes the adaptation of peripheral spaces in ruin, as centers dedicated to the study, analysis, and reflection on biodiversity at risk.

It takes as antecedent the homonymous project of Ulisse Aldrovandi (1522-1605), an extraordinary collection of natural pieces and record of unprecedented trips. From this, it builds a dynamic multidisciplinary interaction space, focused on local referents, whose focus is on the vision of the interaction between natural forces and the human spirit as a moving drama in progress.

Nature, as a theater, is a living museum. Aesthetic enclosure and discussion space, it is certainly a heritage at risk of collapse, but also an alternative of regeneration and learning.
